Lately, our support team at https://support.athera.io have been hearing about a number of issues our customers have been having with Compute. I am happy to report that thanks to some brilliant data provided by our users, we’ve identified the cause of the problem.
A fix has now been deployed and initial tests show a huge increase in reliability.
The occasional compute session might still fail (approximately 1%) due to other factors. In the near future, we’ll be adding automatic retries which should handle these cases and provide a solid, reliable service.
